The TryCannabis.org Cannabis Education Network

CannabisAL.org is part of the TryCannabis.org Cannabis Education Network — a family of state, city, country, and topic cannabis-education sites.

The Network Hub

TryCannabis.org is the network hub. It is a beginner-friendly cannabis-education site covering methods, dosing, safety, and links to every state-specific resource. The natural starting point for anyone new to cannabis or pursuing cross-state research.

Sister Sites in the Region

Alabama’s most relevant network sister sites:

  • CannabisMississippi.org — Mississippi MMCP cross-border 15-day visiting-patient pathway. The most accessible legal medical-cannabis pathway for Alabamians who do not fit the Compassion Act’s 17 conditions or who prefer the broader product slate.
  • CannabisFL.org — Florida medical-only program (Amendment 2). FL residency required.
  • PeachStateCannabis.org — Georgia low-THC oil program (Haleigh’s Hope Act).
  • CannabisKentucky.org — Kentucky medical (newly launched).
  • CannabisLA.org — Louisiana pharmacy-only medical program.

Specialty Sites Relevant to Alabama Residents

The Network Mission

The network exists to provide accurate, accessible cannabis information across the diverse U.S. state regulatory landscape. Each state-specific site mirrors the architectural framework: state law, medical / recreational program, dispensaries, products, hemp, cross-border, cities, politics, workplace, culture, resources, and about. The framework allows cross-comparable research across states and clear navigation between sister sites.

The network is independent, advertising-free, and not affiliated with cannabis businesses or advocacy organizations. Sites do not sell products, solicit donations, or promote specific operators. Educational content is the only product.
